Hiring a Full time / Part time employee - 10% of the annual compensation payable in 30 days of the employee joining or invoice date whichever is earlier. (e.g. if the hired employee's annual compensation is $60,000, Opson would charge $6,000 to the employer)
Hiring a Consultant / Contractor on hourly basis - Consultants fees plus 20%. (e.g. if consultants hourly rate is $50/hr , Opson would bill the employer at $60/hr)
Commissions are paid only upto five levels above the hired candidate/consultant. Opson will pay 25% of the collection from the employers to the chain directly above the hired candidate. The spilt percentages are as follows:
