JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position is for a seasoned software engineer for software development, support and defect analysis/resolution for a web-based enterprise software application. This position will be part of a small-sized product team that is engaged in the design, test and development of the application. Candidate will be responsible for managing multiple new product development projects, assisting with assembly and testing of prototypes, providing technical presentations to customers and minimal travel to customers/vendors.


EDUCATION:

Master/Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent field with relevant experience in areas listed below:


PRIOR WORK EXPERINCE:

3-5 years preferred


SKILLS NEEDED:

Proven expertise in Web User Interface technologies- ASP.NET, ASP
Prior experience with following technologies: .NET, C#, XML, XSLT, XSD, MS SQL, Oracle, Queries, Stored Procedures, Triggers
Knowledge of source code control systems such as Visual SourceSafe
Searching for, investigating, reporting, and tracking product defects. Including black box testing, designing new test cases, and writing defect reports.
Able to execute and report performance metrics of: Performance Tests, Load Tests, Scalability Tests, Stress Tests.
Must have strong analytical skills along with good communications abilities.


DESIRED SKILLS:

Prior work experience with Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), Identity Management systems (IDMS), Integration tools such as BIZTALK, Security Industry, etc.
