Requirements:

1. Programming fundamentals with experience in core programming experience in Java
2. Data structures: Ability to decide appropriate data structure depending upon the usage and efficiency
3. OO principles
4. Concurrency control principles and techniques (Thread safe operations)
5. Design Patterns
6. Working knowledge of core libraries
7. Experience working with Apache Axis, SOAP Well versed with SOAP
8. Integration using web service, XML web services
9. Ability to design, develop and debug large scalable systems
10. Proficiency in Unix/Linux
11. Knowledge of session management, OR mapping (Hibernate)
12. Agile development methodologies desired
13. Experience with JDK 1.5
