JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position is for a seasoned software engineer responsible for designing solutions utilizing SAFE product suite integrated with other systems within the a customer’s environment. Frequent travel (up to 50%) is an integral part of this job, as are high levels of recognition and visibility.

• Provide overall Technical leadership for a customer engagement for the duration of a project
• Design and manage the technical scope of the project, and be the Technical Liaison for both the customer and Company throughout a customer engagement
• Provide a detailed Architecture document for the customer engagement that specifies how the SAFE will operate within the customer environment including specific use case examples and interface specification
• Insure both customer and Company teams agree and sign-off on solution design and understand mutual responsibilities to enable solution implementation
• Work closely with Program/Project Manager in identifying and determining mitigation strategies for solution gaps and identify risks in the successful implementation of the solution

EDUCATION:
Master/Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent field with relevant experience in areas listed below:


PRIOR WORK EXPERINCE:
Must have 5+ years

SKILLS NEEDED:
1. Broad and deep technology knowledge and the ability to architect solutions by mapping common enterprise business problems to reusable end-to-end technology solutions.
2. Must have current and deep experience in SQL, SOA and .NET and with implementation of large .NET and/or competitive technology software systems within a customer care setting.
3. Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Oracle, .NET, XML, XSLT, Xpath, Xquery, XSD, WSDL, SOAP, Web-Services, Business Rule Engines
4. Demonstrated ability to Think strategically and collaboratively influence others
5. Demonstrated ability to Effectively communicate complex concepts to project teams including business representatives.
6. Expertise in handling any technical and functional problem that may typically arise and offer creative solutions to unique cases.
7. Must have strong analytical skills along with good communications abilities.

DESIRED SKILLS:
Prior work experience with Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), Identity Management systems (IDMS), Integration tools such as BIZTALK, Security Industry, etc.
