How do we do it?

- Generating target lists of potential attendees by data researching and list building
- Contacting them through advertising, telemarketing, email blasting, fax broadcasting and print mailing
- Promoting the event online via forum postings, social networks and posting at different event promotion websites
- Promoting the event offline by posting marketing collaterals at various sites and leveraging word of mouth and viral marketing
- Doing press releases
We capture RSVPs and ticket sales using online reservation software. We send out timely reminders and more information about the events to the RSVPs. Towards the day of the event, final reminder emails are sent and phone calls are made to maximize attendance. A complete list of RSVPs is delivered to the client before the event.
Post event follow-up
We collect feedback from the attendees by doing a survey after the event. We also follow-up with no-shows to assess the reasons why they could not make it to the event. We can also assist in capturing and nurturing the leads from the event promotion and the campaign into a CRM system.
